New Dermatologists Office Opening for Nearby Residents in Dobbs Ferry

Our Westchester Center for Dermatology is pleased to announce the opening of our newest office in Scarsdale, near Dobbs Ferry, New York. This is great news for residents in Dobbs Ferry who wish to have more convenient access to our professional skin care services. Patients can visit our new office to seek treatment for skin cancer, acne and other cosmetic concerns.

Like our other locations, the Scarsdale branch is staffed with board-certified doctors and has all the latest cutting-edge technology. This new location provides the same treatment as the New York City branch of The Westchester Center for Dermatology. Our mission is to provide efficient service in an office that is visually appealing and professional.

Dr. David Kriegel is the director for The Westchester Center for Dermatology and Mount Sinai Hospital for the Division of Dermatologic, Skin Cancer and Mohs Surgery where he is considered a leading expert. His specialty is the treatment of skin cancers like basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. At the Mount Sinai School of Medicine he is an Associate Professor and serves as Fellowship Director for the Mohs and Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship. The program is one of only 35 in the country to train Mohs surgeons.

Dr. Kriegel has been featured in the “Best Doctors” section of New York Magazine for the past eight years, and he was named a “Super Doctor” by the New York Times. He’s respected all over the world treating patients from the United States, Canada, Europe and South America.

Our dermatologists are well trained to treat a myriad of skin conditions. They treat both minor skin rashes and chronic diseases. Some of the most common conditions they treat include eczema, psoriasis and rosacea. Patients can also visit our center for help with acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts, scars, herpes and skin cancer. We even hired a few dermatologists who specialize in treating birthmarks, scars and wrinkles. These dermatologists can perform Botox injections, Juvederm, Restylane wrinkle injection treatments, Photodynamic Therapy for acne and stretch marks, Fraxel laser for resurfacing and scars, and tightening procedures.

This service will allow patients to continue their care with the physicians they know while staying safe in the comfort of their own home.
