New Dermatologists Office Opening for Nearby Residents in Chappaqua

The Westchester Center for Dermatology would like to announce the opening of their newest office near Chappaqua in nearby Scarsdale. This newest opening allows citizens around the Chappaqua community to access our professional skin care services without the long commute. They can seek treatment for acne, skin cancer or other cosmetic issues in their own community.

Our Scarsdale branch closely resembles the Manhattan office; they both use board-certified dermatologists to treat patients and have cutting-edge equipment. We wanted the new office to feel comfortable and inviting. In fact, our goal was to create an aesthetically pleasing and professional environment. Patients who visit the Scarsdale office will receive the same level of care as they would at the Westchester Center for Dermatology.

Our staff consists of dermatologists who can perform a variety of skin care procedures. They know how to treat everything from minor rashes to persistent skin conditions. For example, they commonly treat eczema, psoriasis, acne and rosacea. Our dermatologists can even treat wrinkles, birthmarks, scars, suspicious moles and hair loss. For example they offer Botox injections, Juvederm and Restylane wrinkle injection treatments, Photodynamic Therapy for acne and stretch marks, Fraxel laser for resurfacing and scars, and tightening procedures.

Dr. David Kriegel founded The Westchester Center for Dermatology. He correspondingly serves as director at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City for the Division of Dermatologic, Skin Cancer and Mohs Surgery. His specialty is the treatment of skin cancers like basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. Dr. Kriegel is also Associate Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine serving as Fellowship Director for the Mohs and Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship, one of 35 in the country to train Mohs Surgeons.

Besides treating patients in the United States, Dr. Kriegel also cares for patients living in South America, Canada and Europe. In honor of his work, the New York Times named him the “Super Doctor.” He was even listed in the “Best Doctors” section of New York Magazine for eight years in a row.

Patients have the chance to see one of the best in his profession, and should also know the staff at Westchester Center for Dermatology values the right to privacy of anyone visiting.
